Project Overview
Viking Seafoods constructed a new facility for the processing, storage and distribution of a range of fish and general products. A key component of this project was the refrigeration plant to meet the stated design requirements.
Oomiak designed, installed and commissioned a refrigeration solution that included Process blast freezing, freezer storage, coolrooms and processing air conditioning.
The facility needed to meet all aspects of HACCP requirements.
