Domaine Chandon wished to upgrade their barrel store to provide the required level of storage conditions to meet a significant increase in the production of their table wines.
Oomiak’s works included the supply and installation of refrigeration, humidification, heating & CO2 venting equipment to serve the upgraded barrel store at their Coldstream facility.
The quality of the solution was in keeping with the high quality of the product.
