Oomiak has launched a permanent presence in Asia!
We have opened up Oomiak SE Asia with a base in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The aim is to continue to service our existing Asian based clients and to grow the business across SE Asia.
We warmly welcome our SE Asia start-up team of Denver Smith and Lori Solan.
Denver is an existing Oomiak team member formerly based in Melbourne. Denver has been working in Malaysia for the last 10 months on a significant refrigeration project for our client Kawan Foods. Denver will manage the delivery of refrigeration services and this will include a range of activities such as project management, coordinating subcontractors and delivery of specialist maintenance activities.
Lori joins us with a successful business career and brings specialist skills in procurement and sales. Lori’s role will be predominately in business development and also managing the day to day operations of Oomiak SE Asia. Lori will work closely with our Australian based business development team and Operations team to build relationships, identify leads and promote the Oomiak brand throughout SE Asia.
This is a very exciting step for Oomiak and we are looking forward to growing our brand in the region!
